Our delivery service is available throughout the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and some remote areas.
Some areas (such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and other outlying islands) may require additional fees or be excluded from the delivery range.

2. Order Processing
Processing Time:
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment.
During the processing, we will check the quality of the goods and ensure that they are safely packaged for transportation.
Holidays and Peak Seasons:
During peak shopping seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas, the processing time may be slightly longer. Please place your order in advance to avoid delays.
3. Delivery Service and Time
Delivery Options
- Standard delivery: Applicable to most orders, with a delivery time of 3-7 business days.
- Fast delivery: Faster shipping service is available, with a delivery time of 1-3 working days (applicable to the product and address range).
Estimated delivery time:
The delivery time of the order is calculated from the date of shipment, excluding the order processing time.
Remote areas may require additional time to complete delivery.
Real-time delivery status
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the delivery status.
4. Shipping costs
Standard costs
- Orders over £50: enjoy free standard delivery.
- Orders under £50: £5 standard delivery fee.
Fast delivery costs
All fast delivery orders are charged an additional £10.
Special shipping requirements
For large or overweight items, additional shipping fees may be charged. The relevant fees will be displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery restrictions and responsibilities
Undeliverable situations
- Wrong, incomplete, or inaccessible address (such as security gates or height-restricted areas) for delivery.
- The recipient is away from home for a long time and there is no one to collect it.
Return order processing
If the order is returned due to delivery failure, we will try to contact you and reschedule the delivery. The cost of re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
6. Goods Safety and Security
Transport Damage
If you find that the goods are damaged in transportation when you receive the order, please contact us by email within 48 hours and attach clear photos or videos as evidence.
Lost Goods
If the goods are not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please notify us immediately. After verification, we will arrange for re-delivery or refund.
Signature Inspection
Please check whether the package is complete when signing for it. If you find any problems, you can refuse to sign for it and contact us.
