Warranty Policy

KuKirin is committed to improving product quality and all products are strictly inspected before shipment. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us directly and we will do our best to help you. For orders not purchased from kukirin-scooter.co.uk, please contact the original purchase channel first to resolve your issue.

Warranty Period

KuKirin provides a 12-month warranty service for products from the date of purchase (6 months for batteries), covering problems caused by workmanship or material defects. We will be responsible for troubleshooting and provide free repair service or send a replacement part to resolve the problem. The warranty does not cover problems caused by personal behavior, abuse, misuse, negligence or accidents (such as riding in wet conditions, falling, etc.).

Warranty Service Plan

Replacement Parts: We will send replacement parts by regular post with detailed installation instructions.
Product Replacement: If the scooter fails due to material or workmanship defects within 7 days of delivery, we will replace it with a new one.
Part Replacement: For functionally defective parts, we will replace them with parts that are equivalent to the original parts in terms of performance and reliability.
Repair Service: For customers in EU countries, we will provide repair and maintenance services if the problem cannot be diagnosed and repaired by phone or email.
In the above cases, KuKirin will bear the cost of repair and shipping, and the customer does not have to pay any additional fees.

Warranty Coverage

KuKirin's limited warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Scooters purchased through other channels, second-hand or used status are not covered by the warranty.
In addition, KuKirin ensures that vulnerable parts such as inner tubes, tires, brake discs, brake pads and mudguards will be replaced free of charge within 14 days after receiving the product.

Situations Not Covered by the Warranty

The warranty does not cover the following damages or defects caused by:
1. Personal Actions: Any changes, modifications or repair attempts made to the product by unauthorized persons.
2. Misuse: Usage contrary to the instructions, guidelines or intended use of the product provided.
3. Accident: Damage caused by accident, natural disasters or other external factors beyond the control of KuKirin.
4. Negligence: Failure to properly care and maintain the product in accordance with the instructions provided.
5. Product Commercialization: The product is not sold by KuKirin or its authorized dealers.
6. Unauthorized Modification or Repair: The product is modified or repaired by unauthorized technicians using faulty, modified or non-original equipment/accessories.
7. Accident and External Factors: The product suffers from an accident or damage caused by external factors, meteorological conditions or other such events.
8. Impurities and Environmental Conditions: Failure is caused by dirt, impurities, water, foreign matter, etc. The product is used in the rain and/or through a body of water with a depth of more than 2 cm.
